MEPs say Michel’s budget proposal is ‘bad news’ for young people

The members of the EU Parliament’s Culture and Education (CULT) committee have spoken out against the updated budget proposal by EU Council President Charles Michel, citing it brings major cuts to funds earmarked for young people.
